Returning to the game brings up this screen where the previous cat can be abandoned in favour of a new one.
This is the cat selection screen. Don't they all look adorable!
The player can choose a breed and see how it looks in different colours and accessories before making the final choice.
Once the choice has been made the game produces an adoption certificate that can be printed.
Mobycat is now officially real. Here he is in the back yard at the start of the game. It's important to click on the screen to call him over and begin bonding.
The mouse cursor turns to a hand when it's positioned over Mobycat. It can be used to stroke him and the hearts show that he loves it. Calling the cat always makes the camera zoom in.
The camera icon in the top right of the main screen takes a picture which can be saved, discarded and/or printed.
This is the album in which the in-game snapshots are stored.
This is how the game notifies the player of a task or an event. Here is a chance to teach Mobycat a trick to earn some cash.
The shopping trolley icon in the top right gives access to the Petz Store where food, accessories, toys and furniture can be bought.
The trick to be taught today is 'Fetch' Opening the briefcase in the top right shows that the player starts the game with a yellow ball.
This is the kitchen where Mobycat gets fed. The in-game boombox on the table is used to change the music.
Opening the inventory, the briefcase in the upper right, gives a screen like this. Here the player is reading the book on teaching cats new tricks.
This is the living room where Mobycat sleeps. The fire can be turned on or off and he is definitely not allowed on the furniture.
This is the game configuration screen. No major tweaking can be done, just the volume and resolution to alter.
