Description
Tic Tac Toe is an implementation of the familiar game plus some variations. The usual game is played on a 3x3 board, with players alternating placing pieces in an attempt to get three in a row. Alternatively, Tic Tac Toe offers 3x3x3 and 4x4x4 boards to play on. In the 3x3x3 game, the player still must line up three pieces in a row, but the board is extended into three dimension. The 4x4x4 game is similar, but requires four pieces in a row to win.
Tic Tac Toe offers a choice of two difficulty levels, Beginner or Master, and the player may choose whether to go first or second.

Trivia
Winning the game
The manual notes that, with perfect play, the 3x3 game should end in a draw and the first player should win the 3x3x3 game, but the 4x4x4 game could be won by either player.
