After the evil wizard Wizardo kidnaps the princess Myrna Loo, the only villager brave enough to try to save her is Nubbin Pureheart. Nubbin must first convince the wizard that he wants to be an apprentice wizard, then while he is supposed to be learning, he must defeat the minions throughout the wizard's castle grounds to eventually save his true love.

CastleAbra is the debut game from CastleAbra Studios. It is a standard point-and-click first person adventure game with a combination of inventory and environment based puzzles. The story is satirical, with puns and jokes littering the world descriptions and conversations. The game has a relatively simple interface, to enable playing on tablet computers, and does not have a context-sensitive cursor, so can be quite challenging compared to other receive adventure games. The art is hand-drawn, and there is background sound and music but no voice-acting.
