Shape Up is a fitness game that requires the Kinect peripheral. It counts on the idea that 'gamifying' fitness will make exercising more fun, and therefore give better results. The game's graphical style is reminiscent of old-school 'low-poly' games and also features a projection of the player within the 3D world.

The game includes several fitness mini-games such as:* Abs Zapper

Piano Step
Push Them Up
Squat to the Moon

Players can save replays of their workouts and play against a projection of themselves from the past. They can also play against Shape Up coaches. Sessions can be short or have long-term goals.
