Description official description
Heavy Recoil: Convoy Chaser is a 2D side-scrolling platform run-and-gun game. The player can control one from three characters: Matti, Max or Annika (Annika is not in the OUYA version). They have different statistics for speed, energy and firepower. The character must go right, shoot enemies, jump on platforms, release captives, destroy barrels and collect bonuses such as secondary weapons like grenades or a laser beam that targets the entire field. The mechanics are similar to Contra, but the character can only shoot straight ahead. Up to three hidden stars can be collected per level. There is no continue option, so if all lives are lost the game is over.
