Base Busters

Base Busters is an action game in which players fight each others bases using tanks in order to collect steel and find new vehicles. The game takes place in an alternative history where World War II never ended and the world reverted to a chaos where individual warlords fight each other for resources.

The player collects tanks to send on missions. Tanks will drive and fire automatically, but the player can target enemies to override their default firing behaviour. In addition special abilities can be put to use whenever their cooldown has expired. Each mission ends with a stand-off with three enemy tanks. Missions consist of a single player campaign, weekly boss events and raids where the player attacks bases owned by other players.

To prevent valuable resources being stolen by other players the player must build and place defenses in his own base. The player's base consists of districts which contain important buildings such as a foundry and power station. The foundry when destroyed loses the player steel (the common currency in the game) while the power plant powers turrets in the final stand-off. The player can place and upgrade mines, tanks and walls to prevent the enemy from destroying his structures.

Winning missions earns the player steel and additional tanks. Tanks can be fused into each other to make them stronger. Additionally they can be evolved to higher rarities which can be levelled up to higher ranks. There are three types of tanks with a large variety of different stats.

The game has daily, weekly and all-time challenges. An in-game shop allows players to purchase additional steel or vehicles with gold which is received by completing single player campaigns and through challenges. Gold can also be purchased using in-app purchases. Winning raids and successful defenses win the player trophies which place him or her on a global cross-platform leaderboard.
