ZapZap (PewPew)

Aliens decide to have a laugh on the expense of humanity and issue an impossible challenge: whoever takes on their whole fleet and wins receives all secrets of the universe. One human, the player, takes them on their offer...

ZapZap (PewPew) is a vertically scrolling shooter. The player controls a space ship which can be moved both horizontally and vertically. It also has a gun which is used to kill enemy space ships which should be done before they manage to destroy the player with a single hit or touch. When all lives are gone, the game is lost, but each reached level can be individually selected from the main menu - but of course this means less targets for the high score...

The levels itself are relatively short and often only consist of a boss fight or have a gimmick, e.g. using the mine to destroy enemies which appear from the bottom of the screen. Bosses require a special tactic to defeat and sometimes screw with the established game rules.
