Go Gimbal Go
Description
An evil robot has imprisoned the children who inhabit the once-peaceful Rainbow Island and is filling the world with monsters in this 2012 racing-style platformer for Xbox 360. As the spherical hero Gimbal, the player must master 24 challenging path-based, obstacle-filled courses before the clock runs out if they are to free the children and restore peace to the land.
Each level features a series of ribbon-like strips that Gimbal travels along. In order to dodge enemies and traps, Gimbal can morph to the other side of the pathway, jump to other nearby pathways, or take flight in his ship the Star Rider. Each segment of pathway has its own gravitational pull, which leads to some exciting gravity puzzles and challenges. Each level has a time limit, though, so the player has to be quick on their feet and dutifully rescue trapped children who in turn help Gimbal by adding a few precious seconds back to the level clock.
