Battleship Commander

Battleship Commander is a conversion of the pen and paper game Battleship. It is for one player who competes against an AI opponent. The game is largely text based and shots are taken by typing in grid coordinates. At the start the player can do five shots per turn but the number decreases as ships are destroyed. Some basic graphics in terms of flashing colours appear when a ship is hit and when sunk the ship is shown slowly sinking. Each turn the player gets information on which enemy ships were hit last round but not the position of them. Before the start of a game the player can choose to enter the ship positions for automatic checking or manually enter hits for each turn.
