Legend of Blue

Legend of Blue is based on the Korean animated TV series of the same name by KBS2 TV and Seoul Movie. In the year 2050, the world is devastated by environmental pollution. The united world government is fighting against a crime syndicate for ruins from the ancient Korean kingdom Silla on the bottom of the sea, which are said to hold an alternate energy source that can save humanity.

The game is a horizontally scrolling 2D shoot-em-up, where the player takes the role of submarine captain Jang Bogo to fight a variety of enemies in brief underwater stages. The completion of missions is rewarded with money, which can then be used to purchase and upgrade a variety of ships.
