DOS screenshots
The game's main menu screen
Lots of keyboard controls though the joystick is essential for actual flying
On the runway waiting to take off on mission 1
There are quite a few different camera angles.
There's an over head map view that shows the plane's location in relation to the target, the plane is the small white dot that's above and to the right of the centre
ESC brings up the in-game menu. Calibrating the joystick is recommended in the documentation though it's better done on the ground
Heading to the enemy base. The weapons system has automatically locked in on something. It won't lock in on friendly or civilian targets so it must be a baddie
When something blows up there is a satisfying shower of debris
The game can be run in VGA 320x200 mode as well.
Behind view on the runway (VGA 320x200 mode).
Taking off - side view (VGA 320x200 mode).
World map in 320x200.
Approaching our first objective - behind view (VGA 320x200).
Firing an air-ground rocket (that red thing) at a target (VGA 320x200).
An update to the game adds a short-range radar to the instrument panel (SVGA 640x480 mode).
