Degeneracy
Description
In the text adventure Degeneracy you play as a knight, who has just slain the wicked baron Tiller in his very throne room. However, the baron has the last laugh: a curse prevents you from leaving the keep. And while you seek for a way out, something alarming seems to be happening to the entire place...
The game is relatively short, but there is a time limit to solve all the puzzles, as the player's options become progressively limited with each passing moment. There are two endings, the optimal ending requiring the player to solve an extra puzzle.
The prose style deliberately mimics 18th century English.
