Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Racing Challenge - Scene of the Crime

Scene of the Crime is a Flash game made to promote the GameCube game Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. Is is the first game of the Racing Challenge. Players would choose a team (Team Mario with Mario and Luigi, Team DK with Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong, Team Wario with Wario and Waluigi, or Team Peach with Princess Peach and Princess Daisy), and then play two Flash games. Their scores were added to a leaderboard to compare with the scores of others in a competition.

In Scene of the Crime, a player is shown a video of Mario Kart: Double Dash!! gameplay footage and told to watch closely. They are then quizzed on the content of the video with a three questions, each with three choices of answers. Questions can be about which kart the characters were driving, what items they used, and which cup the track they were racing on was part of. After three videos and sets of questions, the player is shown their score.
