Gears & Guts

Gears & Guts is a violent racing game where the player has to kill large amount of zombies, either by running over them or by using various weapons. It is played from a top-down perspective with either touch or tilt controls. For each mission the player usually has to kill a certain amount of zombies. The game is free to play and various in-app purchases are available.

The player's car is upgradable in different ways and it is also possible to buy all new cars. There are numerous add-ons available that can be mounted on the front, hood, side and top of the car. These include weapons like rifles, lasers and rocket launchers that be placed on the hood, wires and spikes that can be placed on the front and chainsaws and flamethrowers on the sides. New equipment can be also be earned from completing missions. There is no direct control of weapons, they shoot automatically when enemies are within range and the player only has to concentrate on driving the car. There are different kinds of zombies in the game including the traditional slow walking ones, zombies that can run and goober zombies that throw goo at the player. Different zombies require different strategies from the player.
