Trivia

Amiga version

The Amiga version took an age to be completed, but finally was in April 1995, getting reviewed by a number of magazines. The fact that they made it clear that a basic A1200 wasn’t up to the job, coupled with the precarious position of the Amiga market, meant that the release was held off. Ocean wanted to get it bundled with the relaunched A1200, but Escom chose Pinball Mania and Whizz. Ultimately the Amiga version was only released on a magazine coverdisk 2 years later.

ASP/CSP sound chip

The only game known to support Creative Labs' ASP/CSP chip found on some Sound Blaster 16s and AWE32s for surround sound.

Soundtrack

The CD-ROM version of the game comes with a full soundtrack (14 tracks, 52:50 of music) that can be played on any Hi-Fi.

Suicide

One for the sick programmers file: When flying close to the ground (< 500 ft), invert, and eject. The pilot's disintegrated corpse will leave a red splotch on the terrain.
