regular and special edition ? (Micro Machines 2: Turbo Tournament)

In the cover art section of this game, two kind of covers co-exist : "regular" and "special edition". Does the SE edition deserves a separate entry ? Is it different from the regular one ?

Paraphrasing from HOTU:

The "Special Edition" includes a track editor and many more tracks than the normal edition.

So it looks like a new game entry will be needed.

Thanks Alaka, but according to regular versions (covers already on file : german slipcase release and UK re-release) also have a track editor. The two releases seem to offer the same number of tracks : 50. So we have to check further : same version of track editor ?

Looking at the German back covers: all versions come with the construction kit/track editor. The floppy version has three tracks included, the CD version five, and the special edition 50. Looks like the game description is incorrect in that regard.
