Description

Empire Deluxe (Internet Edition) is 32-bit Windows port of Empire Deluxe. Players can now duke it out remotely with newly added IP (Network) play. Graphics for the game are completely revamped and are openly exposed for players to edit. The interface also features more customization in areas such as zoom levels and sound effects. Furthermore some bugs and issues with the previous version of the game have been resolved and some minor game play features have been added to make it easier on the player.
