David is the Creative Director of nik-nak, being a founder member of a studio focusing on kids/family games. He first honed his design skills on Amiga cover disks and shareware, bedroom developing into the early hours, even finding time at University to seek out liked minded coders to create early hours projects. Finally, he cut his teeth with Kuju Entertainment, working at their Surrey studio in the UK, clocking up some 11+ years experience in the industry. During his time he has been fundamental in the design of a number of titles, written story and script, directed actors, created new IP and been fundamental in the progress of the studio as a whole. He even found the time to take a year out to hone his skills at Argonaut Games, returning to his old stomping ground to work on high profile action titles for PC, PS2, PS3, Wii, DS and PSP.
Published works include Harry Potter & The Chamber Of Secrets, PS2 FPS Fire Warrior and Call of Duty: Finest Hour (Online Component), MACH on PSP, and most recently, the highly successful Geometry Wars: Galaxies. He is now the Creative Director of nik-nak, specialising in childrens/family titles.
