Since joining KOCH in 1996 as National Account Manager, he has been responsible for increasing KOCH's UK turnover and shaping the sales & account management function for the UK Operation. With a wealth of retail and software sales experience, Paul is a key member of the KOCH management team and accountable for the development and implementation of the sales and customer service strategy to deliver revenue and profit objectives for KOCH whilst maintaining excellent levels of service for KOCH's retail customers.
