Born in the UK, grew up in Tanganyika and Kenya. Finished schooling in UK, and worked there for 10 years, then emigrated to Australia. Many years in UK and Oz as a folk singer and musician, industrial chemist by profession. Took to computers in his forties (20 years ago). Not a gamer, but his MIDI files have found their way into games written by others, some free - some commercial. MIDI files are free for free games (an acknowledgment would be nice), but royalties should be negotiated when used in commercial releases (he is not hard to get along with).
