Norman has many years of experience building software supporting gaming communities online. He considers himself a tool maker, leader and team coach.
Norman started in the game industry as Technical Lead for WorldsAway, an online virtual community deployed on Compuserve in 1995.
He then led the development of online gaming services at Total Entertainment Network, EA.com and Sega.com.
He changed his focus to non-networked PC and console while working at Super-Ego Games and Stormfront Studios.
He is currently CTO at an MMO startup, Bardo Entertainment.
