David Harvey is a Gameplay/AI and Systems programmer. He started working at Sega Europe as a developer support engineer for the Dreamcast in 1999. After that, he moved to Criterion Games in Guildford where he worked for seven years. He left Criterion in 2008 to join Codemasters Guildford, followed by Lionhead in 2011 and Supermassive Games in 2016.

He joined the console team at Epic in 2018.
