Toshio Tabeta (多部田俊雄) is the founder and executive director of publisher Prototype. He was previously a producer at NEC Avenue and later NEC Interchannel until he left in 2006 to establish Prototype. Before that he was a columnist for computer magazine Monthly MyCom, and also programmed a handful of games.
