Stavros Fasoulas is a Finnish programmer who produced several games released by the software house Thalamus in the 1980s.

In the 1990s Fasoulas wrote a game inspired by Bubble Bobble called Galactic. He failed to find a publisher for the game and it was eventually released as a free disc with The One magazine's Christmas edition.

Fasoulas subsequently co-founded the software house Terramarque with Ilari Kuittinen in 1993. After merging with Bloodhouse in 1995 this became Housemarque.
