Nigel joined Electronic Arts in 1991 in Australia and founded the EA Asia-Pacific region. He created the local development of several EA Sports console titles plus the PC franchise Total War - Shogun. Also contributed to the development and marketing of many EA hit titles including FIFA, The Sims, Need For Speed, Medal of Honor, Command & Conquer etc. He later involved in the transition to online & mobile gaming and the mentoring of emerging game talent in China, Australia, UK, Canada and other world markets.
