Ms. Marzec is the QA Manager at GameInstinct, an outsource game test company. She manages the testing operations of GameInstinct, including generating quotes, developing test plans, managing personnel, and performing project management. She started her games career as an Xbox Compliance tester for VMC, and has since managed QA on dozens of titles from across the genre spectrum. Additionally, she is the Volunteer Program Coordinator and a regular speaker for Women in Games International. In her previous careers she has owned a small medical practice and managed wireless data technical support. Ms. Marzec holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
