Rob Rowe joined the Walt Disney Studios in March 2007 as a Senior Producer of Interactive. In October of 2009, Rowe transitioned to Pixar Animation Studios to support all interactive products for Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios feature films. Rowe’s key role is to interface between development teams creating interactive products and the filmmakers and their creative staff.

Rowe is currently working on several projects including Disney•Pixar’s Inside Out and un announced titles. Some past titles include: Monster University, Brave, Cars 2, Toy Story 3 and a number of other titles.

Prior to joining the Disney•Pixar team, Rowe was a Senior Producer with Atari Games for over 21 years. In the 1980’s, Rowe spearheaded the use of video technology combined with advanced 3-D cinematography to produce a next generation video experience. During his career, he substantially contributed to the development of over 27 properties and solely produced ten. Rowe also managed the Motion Capture and Video Production for Atari while producing product and has a passion for editing.

Born in Oregon, Rowe has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for most of his career and attended the University of San Francisco, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information System Management.

Rowe returned to the Bay Area after living and working in Burbank for a short period, and currently lives in Walnut Creek, California.
