Gary Glover has been an Illustrator and Concept Designer for over 23 years working in the film, game and advertising industry. Most recently his work was utilized in the Universal Studios CGI feature Film "Hop" and he spent a year at Cartoon Network Studios contributing to the made for TV CGI film, "Firebreather". He has illustrated over 60 titles of fiction and non-fiction book jackets and illustrated dozens of advertising campaigns, POP displays and packaging for the toy and video game industry.

Working for clients such as; Rhythm & Hues Studios, Cartoon Network, Rainmaker Entertainment, DNA Productions, Junction Point Studios, White Rock Lake productions, Mattel, Disney, Paramount, Atari, Nestle, Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing, Warner Bros, MST3K & Best Brains, Inc, Nintendo, The Janus Company, and Presto Studios.

For Presto's The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time (1995) he worked closely with E. J. Dickson III and Phil Saunders, to create the 19 "death illustrations," which were featured in the game when the player made a wrong move, and a "happy end" illustration.

Gary worked for over a year in Irving, Texas on The Ant Bully (2006) for DNA Productions and Tom Hanks' Playtone production company, where he created production art and matte paintings for the movie. Another production brought him for 6 months to Vancouver, where he worked at Rainmaker Animation on Concept Art and Visual Development for Escape From Planet Earth (2009). He has made some notice of his pre-vis and early concept artwork for Junction Point Studios and their title "Epic Mickey".

Glover obtained a BFA at the Art Center College of Design (Pasadena, CA), where he graduated with distinction in 1987. He lives with his wife Kelli and family in San Diego, CA. His website, Gary Glover Illustration, includes an extensive portfolio of his work.
