Lucien Parsons is the Head of Operations for 4mm Games, LLC, in New York City. 4mm Games ("4 millimeter games") was established by co-founders of Rockstar Games and a handful of leading entrepreneurs and visionaries from games, media, music, and advertising. The company is developing online worlds that will define social gaming.

Prior to joining 4mm, Lucien was Production Director then VP of Operations for ZeniMax Online Studios, sister company of Bethesda Softworks, where he helped to put together the core leadership of the studio.

Immediately prior to joining ZeniMax, Lucien was Executive Producer/Director of Simulation Platforms for BreakAway Games. There, he was responsible for planning and integration of BreakAway’s simulation development platforms. Prior to that, he was a Producer for several games with BreakAway.

His lifetime interests in design, good user interfaces, and learning through entertainment brought him to the games industry after completing an MBA in Innovation Management and Marketing from The Wharton School (UPenn) and an MA in International Technology Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Prior to his masters degrees, Lucien was a consultant at several small businesses and, for many years, project manager for software projects both large and small at large financial institutions. His work took him to 10 countries over a 7 year period working with both international and local banks.
