WGA Nominee Anne Toole is a writer and designer who focuses on bringing fun, meaningful, and relevant content to games. Although she got her start writing television on NBC, she has since written games for console, PC, and Facebook, so that's all right. Her game credits include the MMO WIZARD 101 and THE WITCHER, a single-player RPG which earned her a Writers Guild nomination. In addition to her writing, Anne has spoken on games and writing at GDC Europe, South by Southwest, the ION Game Conference, and Comic-con International. She also contributed chapters to two IGDA books on writing and served as the Mentorship Chair for the Women in Games SIG. A citizen of the EU as well as the US, Anne holds a degree in Archaeology from Harvard.
