Biography edit · view history
After graduating from CSU, Chico in 1983, Vince worked with Dale Disharoon and Bill Groetzinger on the IBM port of Below the Root, an adventure game released by Telarium (later known as Windham Classics) in 1984. It is based on the Green Sky trilogy by Zilpha Keatley Snyder. Though not a typical example of an adventure game, Below the Root featured the largest game world of any adventure game available until that time.
With Dale, he did Apple ][ and C64 ports for Peter Rabbit Reading, Man In the Moon Math, Alice in Wonderland and several more titles. In later years, Vince worked with Pixellite Group on Print Shop and Print Artist.
He currently has a 5-acre Kona coffee farm on the Big Island (kenacoffee.com), where he produces the best coffee in the world.
