Biography edit · view history
Scawen left the Lionhead Studios in 2001, after the Black & White release. He started to work on a new realistic racing simulator with online support. After some time Eric Bailey and Victor van Vlaardingen joined the team.
A first demo of the game "Live for Speed" was released after one year of development time in 2002. After a second year of public beta testing the first official version "Live for Speed S1" has been released on the official website and sold over there.
Scawen Roberts is developing LFS further on, as it is planned to be a long-time project. He dedicates all his time in the future LFS development. As LFS has become quite popular and many people were buying the full S1 version he now earns enough to stay independent from any game publishers and to work on his dream project "Live for Speed".
