A co-founder of Pulse Entertainment, Bill Woodward served as the company's Chairman of the Board for many years beginning in 1994.
From 1991 to November 1994, Woodward was a management consultant for Woodward Consulting, a company he founded.
He was also the founder of Paracomp, which merged with Macromind Inc. and Authorware, Inc. in 1991 to form Macromedia, a leading multimedia software company. Mr. Woodward served Macromedia in various positions, including Chairman of the Board.
Woodward has an extensive background in the multimedia industry and in recent years has consulted for companies such as GTE, Time Warner, Times Mirror and Apple on their strategic initiatives in the area of interactive entertainment. Mr. Woodward has also served on the boards of several multimedia companies in both the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas.
