Biography edit · view history

Originally from Lincoln, UK. I got my first job in the industry at Tarantula Studios developing game boy titles. I just happened to see an advertisement for z80 programmers in a local paper and thought, why not. So over the weekend I wrote a quick Gameboy project (simple 2 screen platformer) and submitted my cv. The game was terrible, but it proved I could do the job.

About nine months (or 3 games later), I decided to see if I could get a job working on more advanced hardware. A few weeks later I moved to Southport and began working for Hammerhead. This place was great, a small developer but a lot of good guys. Unfortunately the job only lasted a year or so, and after the majority of people were laid off, I decided I would go somewhere a bit more stable.

5 years later and I am still at SCEE Studio Liverpool. Not sure what the future will hold, I guess I'll update the biography when I find out.
