Brett Butler is the founder and CEO of the Public Games Studio.

Mr. Butler has worked in the entertainment and game industry since 1989. His product focus has been in online Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MOG - MOGS - MMOG - MMORPG), Casual Games, Card Games, Console Games, PC games, iTV Games, and Games On-Demand. His background covers complex entertainment and enterprise technology business, corporate business development, product, service and brand marketing, and commercial advertising.

Mr. Butler designed, developed and sold his first online software game products in 1989 across the globe. He is degreed in Computer Science and Commercial Art at Texas State University. He has designed and created technology solutions for the Sony PlayStation, Windows, Interactive TV, and continued development in the Online / Internet Game Industry.

Mr. Butler is on the Advisory Board of the following:* Austin Community College (ACC) - Game Department * Austin Community College (ACC) - Visual Design Department * Texas Independant Game Conference * ITT - Multimedia Department

Mr. Butler created the first Commercial Art Minor for Computer Science Majors at Texas State University (TSU) and is the first graduate of the program.
