Vice President Business Development, joined Radical Entertainment in 1997. Ms Michael is responsible for securing the company's game-development contracts with publishers such as Universal Interactive, THQ, and Fox Interactive. She is also responsible for the company's licensing, new business development and legal affairs. Ms Michael has held senior positions at Discreet and Vertigo Technology. She holds a BA from Simon Fraser University, and an MBA from Royal Roads University. Ms Michael has spoken to numerous industry groups, has been named one of 2004’s 40 under 40 business leaders in Vancouver, and a finalist for the 2003 Influential Women in Business Awards. She serves as a member of the Women in Leadership Foundation's board of directors.
