I'm passionate about management and technology, and committed to nurturing a professional and innovative environment in which to build exciting, high-quality products that customers fall in love with.

I began my career as a founding partner in an entertainment software start-up in 1995, and joined Griptonite Games in 2001. After shipping over a dozen titles in high-profile franchises as a designer and lead programmer, including The Lord of the Rings, The Sims, and Spore, I lead a 50-person engineering department for six years before becoming Director of Studio Operations for Glu Mobile.
