Jared Emerson-Johnson has music composition and sound design credits on many of the top major videogame titles from the past five years including The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, God of War, Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, Star Wars: Republic Commando, James Bond: Everything or Nothing, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Jet Li: Rise To Honor, Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb, The Bard’s Tale, Star Wars: Apprentice to the Force, and Mercenaries.

Jared produces soundtracks in a wide array of genres. His professional career has included everything from writing for live orchestra to fully electronic synthesized scoring. He has at his disposal a comprehensive collection of high-end sample libraries as well as a network of professional musicians. Jared himself is a classically-trained composer, conductor, violinist, and lyric baritone—he holds a music degree from Cornell University (B.A. Summa Cum Laude).

In 2004 Jared received the Game Audio Network Guild’s first “Rookie of the Year” award and shares five other G.A.N.G. awards with Clint Bajakian for his work on the composition, orchestration, and part preparation for the live orchestral score to Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb (including “Music of the Year”).

Most recently he has completed the scores for Bone: Out From Boneville, America's Army: Rise of a Soldier, and the sound design and audio production for Tim Schafer's critically acclaimed Psychonauts.
