Description

Based on the original Half-Life online multiplayer mod Half-Life: Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Source is an updated version using the Source engine used in Half-Life 2.

Due to the popularity of the original gameplay, the gameplay in Source remains largely unaltered, with the players taking on the roles of terrorists and counter terrorist operatives competing to complete their respective and conflicting objectives. It also features remakes of some of the maps from the original, in addition to new ones added on.
