Blueside (블루사이드) is a gaming developer and publisher with its headquarters in Seoul, Korea.
The company first started with the name Blueside Studio(presumably as a studio of another company). The name changed to Blueside Inc. in October of 2003 when it broke off as "independent". The company consists of former Phantagram employees and is led by Sang-youn Lee.
The company's first game, Kingdom Under Fire: A War of Heroes, was released in October 2000 for PC computers 33 nations worldwide. This game won "Best PC Game" at the 2000 Korea Game Awards.
Blueside released its second game in May 2001, the MMORPG Shining Lore. It was awarded "Game of the Year 2002" by Korea Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
During the years that followed, several sequels were released for the Kingdom Under Fire franchise for the PC, Xbox and Xbox 360.
