Phantagram (판타그램) is a South Korean video game developer and publisher. The company was established in June 1994 by Lee Sangyoun and Lee Kyuhwan, who previously worked together and developed games for Topia. For a short while, Phantagram was hosting the Sonnori team. In 2000, the company was acquired by NCSoft, but re-gained its independence shortly afterwards. Phantagram is best known for their Kingdom Under Fire series.

January 6, 2004: The company takes back all of NCsoft's holdings and is once again an independent entity.
August 2002: NCsoft buys a 70.0% stake in the company.
April 1, 1996: The company becomes a joint-stock corporation and establishes branch offices in the USA and UK.
1996: Released Zyclunt in Japan, making Phantagram the first Korean game developer to export a game.
1995: Released their first game Zyclunt (aka Battle Warrior) in Korea.
