Overview edit · view history

Solitare Group started in fall of 1981 to develop original cartridge games for the Atari Home Computer system. It later developed custom games for the Commodore Home Computer, TI Home Computer and Apple II. Additionally they developed a number of early games for the Jones InterCable Cable systems for use on Cable TV networks.

Original games were Match Racer (a car racing game), Rainy Day Fun (a children's activity collection) and others.

They also ported many popular games from the Apple II to the Atari, Commodore and IBM PC formats. These included Music Construction Set, Pinball Construction Set, The Seven Cities of Gold, and Dr. J and Larry Bird Go One on One. Several original pinball games such as Blue Print were also ported to the Atari home computer.
