Twisted Pixel Games, LLC is a game development studio founded in 2006 by Frank Wilson, Josh Bear and Michael Wilford. The studio's first title, The Maw, was released in early 2009 for Windows and as an XBLA game on the Xbox 360.
On 12 October 2011, the company announced to have been acquired by Microsoft Game Studios. On 30 September 2015, the company became independent again.
On 11 October 2022, Meta announced the acquisition of the company.
