September 1998: SimTex was shutdown by MicroProse when it became apparent that Agents of Justice wasn't going to ship anytime soon. Also MicroProse was in a serious cash crunch failing to be bought by the courting GT Interactive at the time. Only later would MicroProse be bought by Hasbro Interactive at the end of 1998.
1995: Simtex was bought by the combined Spectrum Holobyte - MicroProse company.
1988: Company founded by Steve Barcia.
