IdeaSpark Labs

IdeaSpark Labs is a company based in Canada and founded in 2009 by Trent Oster and Cameron Tofer. They previously worked together on titles such as Shattered Steel and MDK 2.

The company is best known for launching the game distribution portal Beamdog, first announced in July 2010. Beamdog is also involved with its own development. The studio worked on the Wii port of MDK 2 and operated through the internal division Overhaul Games for the Windows HD release of the same game.
