TopWare Interactive was the games publishing and distribution division of the German company Topware CD-Service AG, which was created in 1980s. After the company's bankruptcy in February 2001, it was acquired by ZUXXEZ Entertainment AG, partially packed of TopWare employees where the TopWare name was revived, but as a different company.

Topware files for bankruptcy due to embezzlement.


Topware's gaming division was purchased by Zuxxez Entertainment AG after filing for bankruptcy.


Topware's developers are allowed to create a new game development unit called Reality Pump - Game Development Studios, owned by ZUXXEZ Entertainment AG after being bought.
