Naxat Soft was a games development and publishing subsidiary of Japanese technology conglomerate Kaga Electronics, established in June 1988. Renamed Kaga Tech in 1998, though the Naxat brand continued to be used for games publishing for several years. In 2005, the games business and staff were transferred to Digital Gain and Digital Media Lab, with Kaga Tech becoming solely an electronics design and manufacturing company.
