Hudson Entertainment was the North American publishing arm of Hudson Soft, an international provider of games and entertainment content founded in 1973. The company focused on three key business: console games, mobile games, and music.
In February 2011, the US division was closed by Konami. Konami held a 54 percent portion of the company as of 2005, however took a 100 percent stake in January 2011.
