Overview edit · view history

Xing Interactive C.V. is a Dutch corporation with offices in the provincial town of Assen. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xing International Holdings, Ltd.. The company also has a stake in Magnussoft Nederland B.V., which is also located in Assen and which provides the link to German partners BB-Verlagsgesellschaft mbH who trade in Germany and Spain under the Magnussoft brand name which is renowned for being a best selling budget range of PC games in Germany.

Xing Interactive positions itself as both a publisher and a content provider for other companies. Through syndication of distribution rights to content Xing Interactive are able to maximise sales potential as well as minimise overheads. The core business of the company however still is to publish and distribute its own PC cd-rom budget range and since the start in July 2001 the company has grown 300% in 2002 and 500% in 2003. Over 2004 we are heading towards another 500% growth in our business and the biggest gain comes from strong new business in overseas markets. Xing Interactive used to be predominantly active in Europe with some exports to Asia and negligible sales in North America but times are changing and we have gained a strong foothold in North America and Asia as well as obtained a solid base in Europe.
