Capcom Entertainment, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capcom U.S.A., Inc.. The company markets and distributes interactive entertainment software for game consoles and handheld systems. Capcom is a Charter member of the Entertainment Software Association.
Each Capcom Production Studio is the developer behind Capcom's games. The studios are divided into different sections and named after numbers, except for the independent Clover Studio (now defunct) and Flagship Co., Ltd. which is funded by Capcom Co., Ltd. of Japan.
In November 2011 the studio was absorbed by Capcom U.S.A., Inc..
